PROBLEM? Please help this is time sensative!

I have been reading on the boards here and have maybe a problem with my 2000 BMW X5 I just bought. When I bought it at the dealership that day the battery was dead. They said they left a light on is why it wouldnt start. This morning when i try and start it nothing! I then move the gear to drive back to park, wiggled it around and then it started. Later that day my blinkers kept flashing and wouldnt turn off. They would turn off for a bit and then come back on. I tried starting the vehicle and it was dead. I jumped it and drove it down to shucks to test the battery, it read" System load check noise?" he had no idea what that really meant but said something is draining the battery. So 3 hours later my car still just sitting it started fine. 5 hours after that it started just fine again. I called the dealership and I can take it to a place called strictly bmw where i live for a diagnose, but this is not an appointment if I cant get in I have to decide by THIS friday 1/26/07 if im gonna keep it or give it back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
