So you didn't actually make an enclosure, but instead you just mounted the woofer onto the removeable panel and let it kinda of be a freeair setup? Do you have pics of this? I think it's an interesting idea as long as you mildly seal up air leaks that go into the spare tirewell, etc.

By now its clear that the chance of sharing the dim. for the sub. box is highly unlikely, otherwise the other members who have built the custom box would of posted the dim. a while ago......

Man, It's about time!!! (And), just in time, too!! I'm doing the final revisions on my box - hopefully will be installing it in 2 to 3 days......(it's still below zero windchill outside).

....ha-ha-ha this box couldn't begin to touch the quality of the systems that your X has! (but) you can here how it sounds when I'm down there in my old stomping grounds, (Pennsylvania and Fort).

What's the best choice for upgrading the OEM speakers (not the subwoofer), Stage 1?

If you cannot take the measurements I do not think you will be building this box
