Our $tealer quoted my wife $205 to replace the front turn signal bulb on our X5. I said that's BS and replaced it myself in less than 45 minutes. Follow the link below which fully explains how to change the front turn signal bulb(s):

As far as the horn is concerned, I can't help since I've never had that problem - although I can't remember the last time I've used the horn!
