Xenon Hid installation Help Required
These solutions do not work for me, as I have a 2006 X5. I have facelifted X5 and it has the headlights with projectors. The headlights are housed in a box, with connections on the rear side of the box. So it is difficult to get to those connections with the headlights fixed in the X5.
I tried removing the headlights, but the headlight washer come in the way and hence I am not able to remove the headlights. Trainer on this forum suggested that I have to drop the bumper to take the headlights off. And dropping the bumper will be painful. So I want to know if I am looking at this right? Do I have to take the headlights off to get to the connections. If someone has upgrade their 2005-2006 X5 to Xenon lights please suggest. Thanks |
