I 've been getting the same thing for past couple of days, What oil would you use on 2004 with 30K miles????
Im taking it to service this week but still I'd like to know that

off the top of my head i can't remember, but i know it's in the manual.
i meant to tackle this today while my RB's were being installed but i forgot.

so true! i think i've had the RB's almost as long as I've had the X!
very sad...

anyways, i only took two pics yesterday on my camera phone and with the sun glare they're pretty bad.

i have an appt here at my house to get my car fully detailed so i'll definitely post pics then!

i also ordered:

X pipe
TI kidney grill
Dice
4.8 tips

this is becoming a dangerous hobby...

What engine oil is used on 2004 with 30K miles????

If the dipstick (England, not sure what you call it in USA) is not fully pushed in/down, then you can lose anbout 1qt/50miles. The oil is obviously coming out of the tube, but it's not that messy as it disapears under the car right away. So, I suggest refill to full, check the dipstick is fully in, and see what happens!!

Thanks John... but most of all ahat type of oil???? I've been hearing none syntec???? Is that right?
