New Tail light problem - please Help

bought same tail lights from same guy last week. After install i had similar problems (A/C and climate control). I may also need to bring mine to dealer.

'02 x5 3.0 clears work fine in places of ambfuglies my '00 x5 4.4i after a little repariing of the burn holes.

I also bought a set on ebay and they did not work as advertized. I took the electrical element from my old stock set and put it in the ones that I ordered and they have been working ok.
