In other important matters
X5DAWG I'm modeling my mods after you I like the lights and the skid plate. What are the type of bulbs you are using for the fog and high beam lights. I'm also planning to get the EAS angel eyes . Are your angel eyes from EAS?

My AEs were purchased from jlevi quite awhile ago. Fogs were HID kit from EAS. High beams are Silverstar Ultras - they do not match the xenon look, but then again I don't use them that often so I didn't care if they matched or not.

It saddens me when anyone has problems with their vehicle. My 2001 4.4 Sport has been a complete joy to me. Sure, I've been frustrated in attempting to upgrade the electronics. (But I think Alpine may have the answer to that). I just plain love to drive and I'm having a great time with my 2001 X5. I only hope the rest of you can enjoy your ride as much as I do mine.

May you have better luck with your next ride
