I finally got rid of my X5...I have had 2 01 4.4s and believe it or not, they were both pieces of shit...I had nothing but problems out of both of them.Good luck to all you guys, hope yall have better luck than I did.

have a good life and hoepfully you wont have problems with whatever car youre getting and wont say the same thing. Coz at 105K, i never had any major issues like what you are saying so mine is a piece of gold!
