I have had several..if you have any questions just send me a pm, thats the only way I will get it through my email. Its safe if you are careful and install it properly. I have it on my mustang, never did any performance stuff to the bmw ...just to get that out there before I get accused of ragging my x out.

You dont need a fogger. There is a lot into installing a fogger kit. You can buy a single nozzle wet kit and that would be plenty. You wouldnt want to spray more than a 90-125 shot on a stock fuel pump. Most nozzles will spray up to 200hp shot but really 175 efficiently. That would be plenty.

an additional 200hp on top of the 315 i already have = 515hp? how long does that last?
i was sold on the fogger after seeing this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ok748easirs

The fogger kit is overkill for what you want. The nozzle kit is going to perform the same way with such a small shot. You DO NOT want to spray that thing with a 200 shot. On a stock motor, a '200" shot is not going to give you 200 hp. the cam, heads, etc. play a part in how much hp the car actually gains. The upper intake on the x5 is plastic if Im not mistaken which means you have to be extrmemly careful with nos. My advice to you would actually be to put a turbo on it. Then you wouldnt have to worry about getting a bottle filled, turning it off and on. We have three turbo cars in our shop right now and all the tubing is custom on all of them. The 2 smaller builds were only around 2800.00. That way too, the power is always there, with nos u have to activate it, then too you can only spray it at full throttle. I would just save my money an dgo the turbo route, you will be much happier in the end.

ou cant buy a "turbo kit" for that. That is what we had in ours for the mustangs. We are a dealer for master power turbos and we just bought some stainless bends and fabbed the kit ourselves. There is also a company out there called mega squirt which is a very inexpensive stand alone system such as fast or bigstuff. You have to have some kind of electronics to control the timing and fuel for a boosted application. You are quite a ways from me, but im sure there are some race shops in your area that could give you a quote on a custom turbo kit. The 70mm is around 700 dollars for the turbo alone. What shop wouldnt want their name on a custom turbo kit for an x5? BTW, no problem on the help.
