I recently put r/b on my X5 4.8 and had to buy the flared arches separately. The part # you have is correct for r/b. In case you want flared arches, these are the part #s

Flares, rear left 51 71 7 051 035 $194.60
Flares, rear right 51 71 7 051 036 $194.60
Flares, front left 51 71 7 051 037 $180.60
Flares, front right 51 71 7 051 038 $180.60
Thanks!

I have a 4.4i, but I do have the 20 x 10.5" 4.6is wheels on it......unless I "have" to get the flared ones, I probably will stick with OEM. Also, I am in Miami, so salt and snow won't be much of a problem... Just the occasional tidal wave from a hurricane

Aaron - Looks like LeMansX5 has already answered your question. He is missing one piece of the lower flare for the rear bumper (right) and it is 51-12-7-046-920. Also, as he has stated, I don't know how these 2 pieces fit onto the rear bumper support. I suspect that they are mounted the same way as the upper flares (by means of grooves and catches) which can be done with a dremel tool. You might want to check with the local BMW parts counter before ordering it.

Good luck Aaron.
