Need some help with Folding Mirrors problem... and I've done a search.

I've done a search and the French site that tells you what to do is basically worthless now that the pics don't work anymore.

My problem is, my driver side mirror doesn't move most of the time. Sometimes it'll close the mirror, but won't open it. Most of the time you don't hear the motor turning. It's also very loose, and will move partially closed when I go on the freeway.

Also, the passenger side mirror will close and then "bounce" open. I don't know if the passenger side mirror is the problem or the driver side mirror.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
