To me, an accident sometimes is just that - an accident. Good luck getting her fixed Rasta!

Yup, you're right. Well put.

Ouch! That sucks man. Ice on the road is probably the worst thing. Hope you get it back soon.

My sympathies, rF. I'm glad nobody was seriously injured and your X is salvageable. Good luck with the headlights.

If you're gonna go with 19"s, i recommend a 19x9.5 setup all around for winter.

Recently purchased new replica style 87's (20's) and running a 275/40/20 winter setup

I know everyone is so concerned with the look of their car, but 18's or 17's with a narrower tire are the way to go. My summers are 19's but I got a set of replica 17's with Pilot Alpins on Craig's List for $300.00. I had to buy the centers on Ebay. They don't look too bad IMHO and they run through everything I have thrown at them. Being safe and secure is much more important than looks.

E61Silver is an unknown quantity at this point
Glad everyone is ok and it looks like the BMW can also be fixed.

Snow 17 or 18 inch tires/snows might be worth getting if you drive in the Northeast in the winter.
