There is no USB serial port on that list, There is no Port either

Are you using a USB to serial adapter, or a serial to serial?

If you are using a USB to serial adapter you have to install the drivers!

The cable should have came with a CD of drivers, have those been installed? Because you should be able to see the cable in Device Manager before even plugging it into the Intravee.
