As mentioned before I had a total reset done and short test drive only 1 trouble code remained (code 31 Electronic Brake Force Distribution). The tech said its not an issue until it shows up on the dash. He said it could possibly be a nitrogen sphere causing it. After fixing the boost problem problem I drove the car about 20 mins and on the way home the Dynamic Stability Control Inactive light came on the dash. Any takers as to why. Could this be linked to the logged trouble code? Any Ideas would be muchly appreciated. TIA

Also not sure if this is worth mentioning or if it is a characteristic of the transmission but it shifts down rather roughly from 2nd to 1st gear. Is this normal or would a software update fix this or is it relative to the above problems???????? If it werent so damn pretty I would whack it one.

It might be your steering angle sensor or one of the wheel sensors. Do a search. Here's one to start:

EDIT: I doubt its these but can't hurt to try these simple things. You didn't accidentally hit the DSC button did you? The other is when you lose power usually you'll have the 4x4 light on and the steering angle sensor needs to "relearn" posotioning by turning your steering lock-to-lock.
