Any BSW Speaker Kits Installed in NY TRI-STATE AREA

Hi,

I would love to hear a installed BSW system installed for myself before I purchase.........Any one in NY/CT area that has them i would like to see if we can meet up to have a listen.

Any testimonials or other considerations are welcome..looking to retain OEM look with out replacing amps or head unit.

I presently installed NAV/DSP and very unhappy with the sound quality.

I tried spoke to them and they said they couldn't release names for privacy issues.....understandable.

So i am hopping for someone here to chime in.....

I figured that, just ask them to give your contact info to a few customers so they can contact you. Simple.

Hey Halston, don't get why this is a problem. That's how referrals usually work be it contractors, auto shops, stereo installs, etc.

I've yet to see a bad review of BSW products, from any model owner. My friend has them in his M3 and they sound amazing, however he also has an aftermarket head unit, and it's a coupe so I'm not sure it would be quite accurate.

Thanks for the feedback. A properly installed head unit in a Non-DSP BMW would be installed with a proper wire harness adapter. This would maintain the OEM amplifier as well as the built in crossovers. Usually most of our Stage 1 customers (even those with aftermarket head units) still use the factory amplifier to push the speakers, although it's certainly possible that your friend went through the trouble to upgrade the amplifier & crossovers as well.

oh just to clarify I didn't mean that my review of the speakers may not be accurate, just that a comparison to his X5 wouldn't be

That is very kind of you. BUT I DO HAVE TO AGREE WITH X5 MEISTER...I am in the Ultra High end A/V business and while your policy accommodation it very forthcoming and speak VOLUMES (no pun) of your confidence in your product. But we live and die by our customer feedback....you never know you might actuall sell more gear wit some endorsements.

Lets see what happens in a day or so here, if nothing should come of it then I will order the set. As a would be customer, you could then use me a SOUNDING BOARD (no pun) for your future customers...with my permission. If they are not as good as you say well......my review will reflect it.
