Where did you get those black front fender arch extensions? Are you just using the OEM 4.6/4.8 fender arches in the rear?

I know there have been a stack of questions regarding the wheels but i was wondering whether you had the wheels painted and then machined, or machined and then masked up and pained? Im hoping to do something similar with my wheels and the local paint guy said machine first but i would have thought the opposite

By machining, I'm referring to how a metal worker might repair curb rash on a set of wheels. The wheel is rotated and a sharp instrument is used on the outer surface which refinishes it, kinda like a lathe.
Maybe I misunderstood and the wheels were not machined at all for the outer silver finish, just masked up and painted?
