The vibration is only in the reverse gear and the drive gear. It only happens at when the car is stopped and the engine is idleing. The vibration gets worse when the ac is on but it still only vibrates at idle in reverse and drive. The vibration vibrates the whole car. I can feel it in the seats and the sterring wheel.

Can you note down the exact conditions of the vibration and what affects it in what ways?

It seems to occur more heavily when the as the brakes are applied and the car is stopped at an incline. It seems to be coming from underneath the car and vibrates both driver and passenger seats. While in reverse the same vibration occurs, but it continues as you gas it in reverse.

The steering wheel doesn't shake, pedal, or any interior part of the car.

I've heard engine mounts, but would that not shake as I drove too?

I've replaced the water pump, crankcase vent hoses (large ones), and vanos solenoid seals too.

I have a bad feeling this is going to get $$$$

Weasel will become famous soon enough
May be time to have a proper diagnosis done at a competant shop, just about impossible to diagnose problems like this without being there with the vehicle...

It was the engine mounts, I finally got them both replaced. It runs like new again. Also a bracket for the engine mount also cracked because I kept driving with the vibration. if this problem starts happening to anyone, check the engine mounts asap.
