usually, you have to make an appointment with the dealer... then when you get there, an SA (service advisor) will listen to all you whinings
jk.. he will then ask you whats wrong with you car. Im always ready with my list and just give it to him, so nothing will be "lost in translation"...
about tipping, 15%?
