A Thanks to This Forum & Some Pics After Detail
I have had my car for a year now, and since I stumbled upon this site this has happened. AC style Pedals LED License Plate Bulbs Titanium Gauge Trim Rings Thanks to a member X-Pipe Resonator Delete HID Fog Lights Set of 17" Dedicated Snows Dice iPhone Interface Front Skid Plate Chrome Exhaust Tips Dinan CAI I still want the Dinan Software Upgrade and maybe some 214's or 215's I just got done with a two day detail. First I clay bared, then waxed with Zymol, then did my trim with Back to Black. It was rewarding. I really like this car.

Looks really good! I never thought of doing the stuff to my X5 til I stumbled on this site too, now I am hooked.

Nothing looks better than a clean and waxed black X, but nothing looks worse than a dirty black X. Nice Job and I know what you mean about rewarding. What Zymol wax did you use?

I am also new to the site and to having an X altogether. I bought a 2006 X5 for the wife, however I like driving it more than my new car. Where exactly did you find the front skid plate? I really like your set-up. I also had planned to put the exhaust tips on hers, however the only place I found them was on ebay for $400. Did you find a better price? Thanks in advance....Jamie
