X5 Internal heater problem

Hi
I have a 2001 X5 diesal. The internal heater stopped working a few weeks ago. I looked on this site and read about the Final Stage Resistor. So I changed that and all was fine.....for two weeks.
Now the heater has stopped again. Not even a murmer. The fuses are OK, the lights on the heater panel are OK. Ive taken the panels away from the foot well to access the FSR. I can open up the airvent to see the fan and it is a little stiff to manually spin - but it wont function!
Does any one have any ideas on a fix. Or does anyone have a wiring diagram for the FSR so I knoe what it does!
Thank thanks
Paul
