Do they change the tyres for you? four years is along time for a car to sit on tyres.?

How come only 83 miles on the clock ? is it a car that didn't sell from BMW or some bought it but just never used it?

Bought and never used. Some buyer/car collector who buys new cars and stores them. Surprised why they do not get free yearly oil changes. That may prove that car is probably not even started for over a year.

I would like to know more once he gets it CPO'ed.
