RUTHLESS

I live off of Lyndale Ave N and going south into Uptown through the Walker area is a minefield

Yea it is frustrating to clearly ask about any blemishes or scratches inside and out and have them reply 'it's perfect' only to show up to this - last I checked 'perfect' does not include swirled paint, faded trim, 2 door dings, gunked up headlight glass, repaired leather, and curbed wheels...

I can take care of all that stuff as it is relatively minor, and on a 35k mile SUV should probably be expected, but still, just be upfront about it and keep your customers happy ya know? Maybe I am being picky though as the rest of the car is really perfect.
Ditto that.. bought my 06 4.8 (44k miles) on ebay also recently. just got it back to boston and it wasn't as perfect as advertised (3 door dings, scratched rear bumper). just took it to body shop to have all items repaired. paint on hood also is in fairly bad condition. with some good detailing, i think it will be looking like new. decided not to fight with the seller over it...

That's pretty much how I feel - once it gets detailed I think it'll be good to go.
