Fuego is on a distinguished road

Can't speak as far as driving in NYC, but the overall ride is going to be a little rougher just bc your going to a lower profile tire.
I already have staggered 20" wheels from the 4.6. I'm assuming their the same ride since they are the same size.

With the 20s what would be the width for the front tires? Are they still off set?
Their supposed to be 275/40/20 in the front and 315/35/20 in the back. I once had a flat and was forced to put 295 in the back since I didn't want to ride with a spare. I preferred to buy 2 used tires even though they were the wrong size while I waited for a new pair the correct size.

So what I am saying is, you can play with the size a little bit as long as your ok with how they look.
