Bwahahahahaha! He lives literally one town over from me. I think I'll be giving him a call today and see if I can pick his brain a bit about this.

Well, called the nav screen guy. Long story short, I highly doubt that he does it himself, as he would not let me wait for it to get done or would sell me parts.

What he most likely does is package up your radio, mails it off to United Radio in Syracuse or some other similar outlet, and they fix it.
