Nice. Listen Chief, I've spoken to Service Advisor's who have flatly claimed nav systems cannot be updated, all driveability complaints are related to fuel quality, and my personal favorite "cannot replicate" even as the car is overheating at the dealer during the conversation. So you think a phone call is going to yield me any answer other than "a what?"

I have to agree with zigzag. Alignments for under $200 at the dealer ended with the E36.
