In the Snow they are ok, but in the rain and dry pavement they are the best tire for the money out there. No road noise whatsoever. Just moved from Utah to Florida, and the tire performs amazingly.

I have had dunlops, Michelins Diamaris, Pirellis Zero. None of them compare to the Atturos. I have about 18000 miles on them. I rotate them side to side. A bit softer than pirellis and diamaris, but nothing you will miss. Dunlops are way harder than the Atturos, and they are by far better on water or dry.

Sorry guys, but Atturos tires are junk. They are noisy, need a lot of lead to balance and yet still shaking. I've done three times the balance, including one at the dealership. Nothing. We took the wheels and put on another X5 to see if there was any part of the suspension (!). She shaked just like mine.

If I could go back for sure would not buy it, sorry friends who liked it, but for me it DO NOT serves. Should have paid more and have bought a better tire.

At least one good thing. In the rain they are very good. But it hardly ever rains here hahaha.

Again, do not want to mess with friends who bought and perhaps have fared better, but leave Michelin and go to the Atturos was the worst thing I should have done.

Here are some photos, I will use them for some time and then return to some brand of quality, even if you I have to pay more for it, it's worth.

If the choice is just price, go for Atturos, but know this: will shake and make noise, sorry. I've done almost 4000 km with them so far to have a REAL impression of them.

Sorry to disappoint some.

What I would certainly expect from a small company using contract molders to make batches of tires for themselves is variability, which is not the same as low quality. The quality may be there or not, but it won't necessarily be consistent. That fits with your poor experience, and other reports of good experiences.

Just my $0.02.

Now isn't that amazing, my experience is that they are a little nosier than i would like, but no more so that other low profile tyres i had on other cars, i found they balanced up well with minimal lead, i also felt they were great on dry roads but progressively let go in the wet, personally i would prefer a little more grip in the wet, but then mine have worn extremely well, so i guess you cant have long life and sticky tyres in the same package.

i would say that if you cant balance them and as you stated you have tried them on another car withthe same results i would personally remove the tyres from the rims and see if you have a bent or badly out of balance rim, if the rims are ok i would return the tyres NOW as i wouldnt put up with out of balance wheels ( or warped brake rotors )

i dont see the logic in putting up with something thats not working for you.

maybe as stated the manufacturing tolerance are not as close as they should be, or maybe they are and you have a damaged / bent rim???

what ever, you need to investigate further.
