Looking good. I picked up CQuartz and need to apply as soon as I find time to detail again...

Remember to do an isopropyl alcohol wash to get all the fillers from the polish off before applying the cquartz. You want a clean surface. A very clean surface.

FRS total $20 practice run pulling it out, 15 min, on my way out I spied a nice 2006 e53 with a piled in front end, it also had Dakota black heated rear seats, hmmmm, I asked at the counter. how much?? $150 if I pull em,
so, I paid the man and pulled my new (looks like they were never sat in!) heated seats, then I discovered the pass through is there, also never used!! can this day get any better! oh, yes it can, also did the Oil filter housing gasket, again with tips from here, this place rocks!!
oh, and we did all this before the rain started! unbelievable day!!

Great find! Did you remember to grab the switch assembly and relays?

Yup grabbed the switches and I had a couple relays already! They are sweet! My daughter will never again complain of the leather seats being too cold

Pulled the valve cover to add some sealant (forgot when I did the gasket last week lol oops), also used a couple cans of undercoating on the odd spots on the car out of boredom.

Thinking about painting my front kidney grills black, well at least the chrome surround. Anyone done it?

Tons of people have done it. You could also get a set of grilles (black, new) for 50 bucks.

$50 seems too cheap! lol my set of $40 smoked side markers were horrible quality, so I'm weary on these "made in taiwan" parts for this car from now on haha.

I have some satin black paint I'm using on the wheels next week, so I'll just spray them tomorrow if I'm bored

Go for it man but if you want a spare set go to ECS.

What side markers were $40? I haven't paid more than 30 for a set. And made in Taiwan is actually good compared to Cheena lol
