So not today but over the weekend I did the cooling system refresh. Water pump, thermostat, expansion tank, upper and lower rad hoses, pulley, and removed the belt driven fan and installed an electric fan. I've got it coming on at about 200 degrees I think, anyone know about when the viscous fan would have normally come on?

Do you have a part number for the updated version, or do I just ask a dealer for it?

Its a superseded part number so you technically could ask the dealer for it, they don't sell the old ones anymore.

But here you go Matt

Probably about a Franklin and a Grant out the door am I right?

@crystal, no problem I actually can remove my felt pads now off the contact points of the stoppers since they fit tighter

At 230K kms, passenger side front and rear wheel bearings, and a ball joint done by my mechanic last week.

Yesterday, I removed the headlight to replace the HID bulb on the driver side. The original bulb still looked good and replacing it did not fix the problem. Now, I'm not sure if it's the igniter or the Xenon module. Quite expensive for a trial and error but I can't think of anything else that could be wrong.

One thing that should have triggered my mind that it may not be the bulb is that there is no message on the dash. There was a message last time when the bulb on the passenger side was out 2 years ago.
