LVR, what's the wear on the left inner arch from - tire hitting the arch when air suspension was screwed up?

Went back and looked at that too. Now I also see the Nurburgring track map on the shock label

Wpoll yep sure is. There’s also some others. Once I had the parts I thought I’d try to drive it to the garage so went for a lap around the block. Between flat spots from sitting in one place for so long and the rubbing it was obvious it had to go up on a flat bed to go there.

I had been hoping that the whirring noise I’d been getting under acceleration and worse when turning was related to the height and something rubbing but nope.... investigation continues....

Overboost Mate I’ve been handling these things up close and hadn’t noticed that! Lol... I took it for a long drive yesterday on a work errand. It was enough to allow the springs and car to settle to correct ride height completely.

Came upon a slip road corner on the way back with no traffic lights, downhill in and uphill out so thought I’d chuck it in and see how it felt....... this thing corners!!!!!

Big improvement.... was a bit shocked at lack of understeer. pretty happy with combo so far....

It was easy for me to spot, I see that Nordschliefe circuit layout everyday of my life. It's one of a dozen tracks tattooed on my arm as a sleeve.

Replaced my sunroof motor.. made a video I wish someone made for me. Also getting a few dash lights on the trifecta of brake, DSC, and traction control lights. Went ahead and ran them through my INPA and looks like it's just a small disconnect so clearing the codes and we'll see what happens next.

Finally got around to repalcing my rear sub-frame bushes. The old ones weren't too bad - no noises or anything - just changed them on spec (based on mileage and age).

Installed new Meyle HD bushes.

I have to say - the Kommen tool makes this job a breeze - I cannot imagine a better tool.

As you can see, I was able to simply lower the exhaust out of the way.

Poll, I think you should let me "review" that tool.... I mean there's no reason for you to put it in the display toolbox

Anyone have torque specs for rear suspension stuff, and which bolts to tighten whilst on the ground? Ty.

Heading down to garage in a few min.
