Good one! is yours a 4.4 TT. Also to the point why does every motoring journalist that tests SUVs bother comparing straight line acceleration, could it be because some of us might be interested.

I not saying it cant go very fast,but 4 2 t SUV or if u prefer SAV u can find better option if u want 2 race,like ///M3,that car is made so u can drive fast around corners.U missed my point,X5 is a fast SAV,but that is all.

After I remaped my X I fitted M series wheels and lowered it 30mm and I personally haven't driven any mid range sports car that out handles it. It refuses to body roll and the steering is very precise, yes its modified but no more than a standard 4.8is. So to turn something from good to great in the Xs case doesn't take much in both performance and handling, (Appreciate your input)
