Maybe bulbs are toast? Sounds like bulbs.

You should take a picture of before and after you push the stalk forward

Pretty sure you would get an error on the dash with a lighting issue

I dont get no errors in my dash, I notice when I try and push the stalk forward they flick as they wanna turn on then go out. Idk. Do the high beams have a diff light bulb then the regular lights? Maybe one of my high beam bulbs it's burns out and won't let the other turn on..

Bi Xenon's operate off of the same bulbs as low beams. The act of pushing the stalk forward causes a mirror within the lenses to actuate so that the light is projected in a different pattern (note- not actually brighter) than normal.

Pulling the stalk toward you will actuate the second set of bulbs. This is a 'flash to pass' feature required due to the extended warm up time of Xenon ballasts.

That or it's user error. How are you attempting to verify that you actually have a problem? No additional lights will light up in the front, so that won't help you diagnose. You need to face a wall or some other structure to determine if your light pattern is changing when you push the stalk fwd. If the pattern changes, then your lights are working as designed.

What do you mean user error..?
I had the car Infront of my garage at night that's how I noticed that it only flicks one time then go off to my regular lights, when I attempt to try to turn them on after nothing happens
No flicks or nothing just my regular lights are on and don't change
