Highbeams (Brights) Won't Stay On

Allright you seem like your a heard headed person and clearly it's your way or no ones.
The picture where the head light seem as its brighter it's cause I turned the car on that time for the first time that day and it take a believe over a minute for the lights to fully come on meaning when you turn your headlights on for the first time there always very blueish.

And I do have the adaptive headlights.

And I had them Aligned a few days ago as well at the BMW dealer maybe that's what's caused to go out. Either way tho I finally had the time to take it to the dealer and the mechaninc came out and looked at it and it wasent working. So there gonna run a diagnosis.
