Gonna sell the X5...just bought a S4 Avant!

We decided to downsize and were looking at an A4 Avant and I came across a '06 S4 Avant with 52k miles, one middle aged, professional owner. All service records, clean body, no accidents...excellent condition. I couldn't resist. Did a PPI and no issues were found. It its was our stable the next day! I'm going to sell the X after the New Year. It's in great shape and running well so it, hopefully it won't be difficult to sell. Thanks to everyone on the forum.
