That is my guess as well. not sure if that's the part, but check against realoem.com.

Yea that part is the part number I found on real oem site cuz its that or the whole fuel pump but the truck has no issue starting

Look at the parts diagram here
RealOEM.com * BMW E53 X5 4.4i Fuel pump and fuel level sensor You have two fuel senders, due to the saddle tank; the right one is combined with the pump. It could be either left or right.

How hard is it to take those out? If not too hard, remove, and inspect. Maybe something is sticking.
