this looks to be OE.
BMW Air Mass Sensor - BOSCH - 0280218135 / 13627566988 - NEW OEM MAF | eBay

Edit, check your part number, this might be for the 4.8is.

I will Keep you posted.

Best price OEM MAF on the net for my 05 4.4i N62 Engine.
My mileage dropped significantly especially in city driving but not throwing codes, cleaning MAF no longer helps improving the mileage. I am taking a chance, seller has good rep on eBay, good sign.

I will keep you posted

Just about anywhere. I paid well under $200 for a new Bosch, correct part #, etc at a local Carquest.

Now, question is:

Where can I get a good MAF Sensor without shelling out some major bucks?
Anyone have any good sites?

Get yourself an aerosol of electrics cleaner and give it a good blasting with it.Do not touch any of the electrics with anything abrasive. It worked for me,and could save you lots of money.
