Highbeams with low beams I want to try too. xenon + halogen highbeams on together? (need to test)

Everything else mentioned in the above posts can be coded.
What about a gong for headlights being left on?
If thats an option what section is it listed under?
I have BMW Scanner 1.4.0.

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
We code using NCSExpert, not BMW Scanner.

Seems more and more people are popping up with this BMW scanner when its not a factory software and I don't know what it does lol!

The Romanian software package many of us have bought from Ebay comes with DIS/GT1 for diagnostics as well as INPA, NCSExpert for coding, and SSSProgman for some factory coding options if you choose to use it

It allows options to be turned on or off with a few simple clicks of a mouse/trackpad. I just plug my laptop in the OBD port (via USB), start the software, and turn the key on, click to SCAN my car.... then go looking for what I can and want to change. It has a nice user interface. Its for us who can't (or won't) program options via lines of coding. Its pretty reasonably priced also. The software comes with the device. I also bought the underhood pacman port adapter for my E46. And....no need to translate the options from German.

tmv is right. I have both and there is a limited set of options in bmw scanner than you find in NCS although bmw scanner is much easier to use if you don't want to do complicated stuff. Mostly, bmw scanner has pretty much all you need for basic coding.
