Mine were all broken in exactly the same spot - with several more getting close... I had to cut the entire rubber cover off to make the repair, then slipped it back over. Hopefully it doesn't leak when it starts raining again.

As a side benefit, I noticed last night that my rear window defroster now works as well! Must have been one of the wires that I fixed...
