Return them or have them machined parallel. I have them on 4 vehicles and have installed them on more than a few over the past 4 years with no issues.
I would offer one suggestion before doing anything. Take a https://www.amazon.com/3M-07547-Scot.../dp/B0013HHNPY pad to the front and rear surfaces to clean off any pad material and see if that does not resolve the issue. One too many "warped" issues can be resolved this way. Cliff Notes: Problem: Pad material over heated and transfers resins to the rotor leaving a "high spot" that becomes a grab point under braking. Solution: Remove materials.

the centric high carbon rotors i am using look perfect. not a spec of rust. but aftert getting and installing a set of new BMW brand front rotors fro a guy parting an x5, all braking vibrations are gone. I am so relieved to go back to BMW Brand rotors and pads. best stopping poweer for me. I dont care about thebrake dust as I clean my wheels so much anyhow.
So I must have heated the Centric rotors up too much during the bed-in procedure. Last time I do that procedure. No one else I know does that and they have great brakes... Sent from my Nexus 9 using Tapatalk

no mechanics around my city machine or Turn rotors as they say its not worth it. so new rotors warped and now useless.

BMW rotors are not designed to be turned. They are considered a sacrificial part of the braking performance just as are the pads.
Other than bigger brakes, it makes it much harder to decrease stopping distance with aftermarket combinations. Like many here I have aftermarket pads and rotors. And like many it seems like my choice is better than stock but my bet is none of us have any reliable proof other than the brake version of the butt dyno. All I know for sure is I like the look of the rotors, dust is minimal and I haven't hit anything. I have never seen a comparison of braking 'packages' for any BMW. I don't recall seeing anything even comparing distance and fade of big brake packages and stock brakes.

I use the factory pads.
Lots of dust, but I like the feel of them.
