So let me chime in here. My car is actually slightly faster then pnoys. Lets just have a real convo here versus the crap talk.

bcred - you have a nos kit installed as well, and im not sure how the 4.6 goes as ive never driven it. But as of now with what i have done to my car is just a tune i did myself (no bullshit - have vids to prove it) and x pipe exhaust with muffler deletes as well mine moves.

In front is a chipped 335 coupe which took off first. So as you can see its gaining on it at the very end and then had to slow down. So i wouldnt say our sav's cant hang. They surely can.

This is hilarious. We are literally sitting here debating whether the 4.8 / 4.6 X5 has enough oomph to push it past 150 on public roads. I guess I stopped caring about going at speeds to go to jail in a car. If I wanted to be an idiot either of my past 2 bikes would have gone well into 160. If you wanna shit yourself, do it on a bike without the safety of the cage,

Rb anything is capable of reqching that speed wether its 4.6/4.8. Just how fast u get up there or how much road you have. But before i got up to this point... Hey at the end of the day We all Love our X's and dnt care what other people say as we know what our are capable of doing, and what maintenance we have done to the cars. So far i love my X but seals kills it. I should look into that before it gets worst and maybe do more head work since it will apart ..

Never doubted your X could get up there at all, the engine has plenty of power to reach those speeds. We really should be moving out to the midwest though where top speed can really be tested, the roads of Jersey aren't exactly the most wide open in the world lol.

How the hell did you break 2 front teeth on a bike? Were you wearing a brain bucket or a helmet that was too big for you perhaps? My skid lid is snug as can be its probably the last thing I'm worried about if I were to go down, my dome is protected quite well.

U can always tune it take speed limiter off. And 160 no problem. Im still waiting in x5 group meet. Lol.

You got that 320whp/363tq by just having the following 3 mods done and nothing else powerwise?:
-AFE Stage 2 Intake
-Custom exhaust: 2.5" mandrel bent piping, Magnaflow x-pipe, non-resonated and Eisenmann mufflers
-Active Autowerke Tune
Also what did you dyno prior to all these mods as in stock?

From what i have gathered, some models came with a limiter, some not. I dont have anything that takes off a governor on mine but it doesnt have one.
