Special shout out to upallnight for providing me a good used DISA valve, as well as his extensive knowledge and help throughout the thread.

Special thanks to Terminator X5 for sticking through the whole thread, providing questions, looking up information when needed, and for constant support.

Much appreciation to sunny 5280, Ricky Bobby, and bcredliner for their comments and help when I was seeking it.

So what's next?

Well, after the fuel filter and fuel rail come in, I will be changing them out. Might as well do the filter and the pump together right? more things to do: Replace the thermostat and flush the radiator.

Thanks everyone!

Go back and Edit the Title and add "Fixed" so that other people who run into a similar problem can find a post in which the problem was fixed.

Also I liked to do a forensic analysis of the problem after I fix any of my cars or truck so I would use 12 volts to see if the old pump still work.

My brother has an OBDII scanner that has 3 lights on it for emissions check. It is still showing yellow. I need to conduct a full drive cycle and wait until it turns green to complete the smog. I'm planning on doing the drive cycle this weekend when the fuel filter is in. No codes have popped up, but I want it to be in the best shape possible so that there is no issues arising.

I'll keep you updated on the smog check.

So after driving the car for a few days, I checked my OBDII (connected to my Dynavin headunit) and this was what I got:

Looks ready for the smog right?

Took it in, passed flying colors in 10 minutes.

And now, this thread has concluded. Never been happier, and the engine is running like a fucking dream now too. Reminds me of when I first got her.

Thanks everyone!
