There is a HUGE state prison intake center there. Tons of industrial areas and most of the housing areas are old and run down.
Of course there are a few very nice neighborhoods, but for the most part it's what I described above.

Well, that might explain why my parents split 37 years ago... I'd still like to see the Chicago area too though. Catch a Bears game.. Daaa Bears. Even though im relocated, I'm still a fan. Except for Cutler. Don't like that guy

ha ha... sounds like we have a lot in common. If you ever make a trip to Chicago let me know. I'd be glad to be your tour guide for a weekend, especially if it involves a Bears game, some tailgating.. or if it's summer a Cubs game on a rooftop or something.

I actually just moved back to the suburbs... Which is why I bought my X5. I lived in the city, about 4 blocks from Wrigley Field for the past 5 years. So I know my way around the town pretty well.
