Hi All
Here is my silly question for the week.

What item is missing from this slot on the left rear side of my spare tire area?

Also there is a strap under the load floor that looks as if it was meant to hold something that would go from left to right under the load floor. Wondering what that would be ?

Thx!
J

I think the strap you are talking about is to hook up the load floor . Try stretching the strap upwards and hook it to the weatherstrip....That way, you can have your hands free to work under the floor.

The jack is against the front wall of the lower compartment. IIRC theres suppose to be some metal tire chocks somewhere in there....Not sure if its that side or the other though.

The deep spot on the left rear is for storage of the European style detachable tow bar. Doesn't have any application in North America.

From the looks those supervisors are giving it, I'd say the OEM milk-bone box is missing ......

The straps are part of the 'system' for easily removing the spare tire. There should be a handle also. The hatch is held up by a hook that is in the center of the underside of the hatch.
