You're very close. According to Car and Driver road test in 2002 the 4.6is top speed is 144MPH limited by air drag.

Saw the Car and driver test from '02. I think they got an abused 4.6is for their test.
From Motor Trend..... "Top speed is electronically limited to 150 mph with the standard 20-in. rolling stock, 143-mph with the optional 19-in. wheel/tire combo."
