I had a remus exhaust on my 99 323is...

It rusted out to the point of having holes in it after one winter. I will never buy a Remus exhaust again.

Dinan or a custom only from now on.

We fit quite a few here at the dealer! They come labelled as AC Schnitzer,so guess who makes the ACS exhausts?Expensive too and on par with Supersprint!

Remus are good quality and we never had problems ,but I prefer Supersprint for quality, looks ,eventhough I havent fitted a system yet ,that didnt require rubber hangers adjustment to make the tailpipes exit perfectly ,instead of twisted like in this photo!

I bought mine used and never have an issue with it. Had it on for over 6 years now...who knows how long the original owner had it. What I liked about Remus is that it comes painted in all the places that gets welded, which is where things usually get rusts. Best tips ever made for any exhausts, IMHO.

Powers1,
To me, Remus has a better quality "feel" than Supersprint. I had Supersprint on my MCoupe and it didn't look top quality...sounds great, but it was loud. Ultimately, I grew tired of the drone and got a set of Remus for it as well. Now both of my cars are running Remus If I can find a set of Eisenmann for the coupe, that will be my next exhaust for it
