It is a similar appearance rim to my existing 5 spokes. Won't be as sweet a deal as TiAgX5's nice set up, but close.
Correct Riggo, you're getting these?

My favorite E70/71 19" wheel design by far, you'd be the first on here to run a set if I'm correct, so clean! And yes you will only need 2 hub centric rings (but they come in set of 4 anyway), make sure they are for 72.56 to 74.1, if you get 72.6 to 74.1, they might produce a slight vibration.

Yes, that picture matches what I'm trying to purchase, if I can arrange an inspection, they aren't too beat up, and I can make the deal. Thanks for the hub tip. The one's I'm to view have what appear to be Bridgestone Dueler summer run flats mounted, with ample tread, so if I can cut a deal, I would use them as my summer tires this year [and hopefully next, at least, if I can stand the run flats ride], remounting the Conti DWS 18s for what we call 'winter.' Then the question becomes: what to mount on 19s for future summer use? It appears the Michelin Diamonte [sp.] are commonly used, but are spendy and wear quickly. I'm open to other suggestions.

Good luck knocking the fillings out of your teeth with runflats, ugh.

My MIL used to have an E83 with Sport Package and runflat, my nuts felt like they were in my throat every time she hit a bump.

If you want summers on the 19s, I'd recommend the Dueler non-runflats.

Thanks RB, I'm with you, leery about run flats, but with positive impressions of Bridgestone generally [and Duelers specifically]. If I don't get the style 258s, I'll continue looking for 132s, a nice OEM wheel on E53s, or bump up to 20s in the OEM styles if I see a good deal locally. Atlantans love them some bmws, and seem to like aftermarket rims, so the market generates more than a few OEM rims for sale.

Keep us posted man looking forward to what you end up with. I was close to pulling trigger on 87's, but I figured the 168's would compliment my non-iS body kit equipped X better. Very happy with 168's on mine since I don't see many pre-facelifts with 168's.

Including me Only quality ones made the cut, however.

If I could make TiAgX5's deal for those particular aftermarkets, I might join my fellow Atlantans. That said, I like the look of the 132s, especially, and the 258s are close enough. I favor the clean OEM look of those five spokes. Besides, its an SAV, not a candidate for SCCA events, even if I do take it for a spin on Road Atlanta, so unsprung weight isn't the higher priority. I'll post what works out, which may be nothing until months later if the 258s fall through. Thanks, regardless, for the very helpful posts on wheels, offsets, hubs and tires.

It just takes time, and daily checks of e-bay and Craigslist. I got lucky on my wheels, seller had a 3:30am TX time "auction ends" time. Who does that? Had to sent my alarm for 3:20, got online and sniped them with 5 seconds left.
