Rebuilding suspension. Where to start please!!!

Hey all - for what it's worth my driver side wheel bearing caused me a bunch of noise. We diagnosed with a stethoscope while the X was on a lift. The difference once replaced was HUGE. The ride was almost too quiet after we replaced the bearing. If you have your X up on a lift I suggest checking the wheel bearings as well as the other suspension parts.

What kinds of sounds was it making? I think my right front is on it's way out, but I'm really not sure. I doesn't constantly make noise like I've heard they can do. Did you notice a smoother ride after the replacement?
