Ebay sold... seller is hid.lighting
They come from China... but like I said... never had a problem with them.  BMW Angel Eye Halo Light Error Free LED SMD E46 E39 E38 E36 White 3 5 7 Series | eBay Edit: I should clarify, I've never had a problem with the rings... I had a ballast/igniter go out on one set after 3 years. Also had a termination on a relay be a little wonky which took about 30 mins to diagnose and another 5 to fix. Other than those 2 issues (installed over 10 sets of these) I haven't had any issues.
