They are lightly close due to the offset. I have the same diameter tire on mine with more room than that (assuming it doesn't just look closer due to the camera angle). With a 24mm offset 30.5" diameter 265mm tires are safe.
They do rub on the oil cooler grille on the 4.8i though so that has to be dealt with if you have a 4.8i.
