Intermittent Error Codes 47C4 and 478E?

Hey guys-

Over the past two weeks I've been getting intermittent CEL's that seem to stay on for about 5 start ups and eventually go away for the next few startups until they eventually come back. Originally I thought it had something to do with the DEF level and/or the DAF. Was due for an oil change and they emptied and filled the DEF fluid, but still the light came back on eventually. Triggered a DAF Regen, cleared the codes then came back almost immediately.

Not sure exactly what is the issue with the below codes, the car runs good and have been giving it an "Italian Tune-up" with no luck. Did some searching and couldn't find these specific codes out on the web.

It's a 2012 X5 35d with 60k and the JBD chip set for 60% which I hace not adjusted in the past 10k and has been working great.
