X5 35d won’t start after news injection and adaptations
So a little history. My 2010 x5 was a victim of water contamination. So after cleaning every fuel line possible including the tank and pump screen etc.
New injection pump 6 Bosch reman injectors Fuel rail Pressure sensor Water pump/thermostat/belts while I was in there After replacement it did start but ran terrible. And flooded cylinder 6 with enough fuel it wouldn’t crank Pulled the intake and glow plugs. Cranked it to clear the cylinders and reassembled Got ISTA+ installed, using k+Dcan cable programmed new injectors and reset adaptations except mean injector something and incremental wheel failed<-can’t remember the exact names First issue as soon as ISTA+ started its connection and vehicle check it killed the FRM, so that sucks but shouldn’t effect starting/running correct? So then I attempted to start it again. It started, ran really rough. And died. Now it just cranks. Sometimes can hear it starting to fire but nope. I don’t know where to go from here. Hope someone has some advice |
